Black Label Trading Co. has resurrected their most requested cigar of all time with the 2025 release of Super Deluxe. Following its initial 880-box debut in 2020, this highly anticipated sophomore release maintains the original's distinctive blend while introducing two additional vitolas to the lineup. Each size is box-pressed and crafted at the Fabrica Oveja Negra factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where James Brown and his team have meticulously recreated the magic that made the original such a hit among boutique cigar enthusiasts.

The blend begins with a dark and oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper, which surrounds an Ecuadorian Habano binder and select Nicaraguan fillers. Brown describes the profile as bold and complex, where subtle spices dance with dark fruit flavors and distinctive notes of star anise, creating a finish that seems to evolve endlessly on the palate. It's exactly this kind of nuanced complexity that earned Super Deluxe its reputation as BLTC's most requested blend.

For 2025, the Super Deluxe cigar returns in three box-pressed formats: a Petite Corona (4½" × 48), Robusto (5" × 54), and Toro (6" × 50). While the Petite Corona maintains its position from the original release, the Robusto and Toro are new additions to the line, replacing 2020's Robusto and Lancero vitolas. Production is limited to just 750 boxes of 20 cigars per size — securing your box early is strongly recommended, as the original release proved that Super Deluxe doesn't sit on shelves for long.
