Pepper Cream Soda was the first release from Lost & Found Cigars (aka Impromptu Cigars), originally launching in 2014 and subsequently taking the ultra-boutique cigar world by storm. Lost & Found consists of founding members Robert Caldwell, Tony Bellatto, and Jaclyn Sears, taking on the trailblazing strategy of discovering hidden gems within the aging rooms of cigar factories throughout the Caribbean and introducing them to the flavor-seeking cigar fanatic.
Along with the cigar's head-turning title, Pepper Cream Soda was packaged with an ultra craft style, heavily influencing the wave of today's prevalent craft-first philosophy. This includes kraft paper packaging bound in twine and ink-stamped artwork. The thing is oozing with CRAFT! Of course, all of this wouldn't amount to much if the cigars couldn't back it up... and we're here to report that they deliver! Robert Caldwell found the Pepper Cream Soda blend resting in an undisclosed factory in the Dominican Republic. The cigars boast a smooth Ecuadoran Brazilian-seed Arapiraca wrapper, Dominicana Piloto binder, and fillers of Dominican Piloto, Dominican Cuban-seed HVA, and Dominican Habano tobaccos. This amounts to a medium intensity and intriguing flavors of white pepper, citrus, heavy whipping cream, aromatic florals, and graham crackers.
