Fans of the white-banded Gurkha Colección Especial rejoice, as the company has now added a darker yin to the former's yang, releasing the Gurkha Colección Especial Nicaragua cigar.

Each cigar began as limited releases for the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA), and were later opened up for wider release. But where the white-banded original cigar used a light wrapper and originated out of the DR, the followup Gurkha Colección Especial Nicaragua cigar takes on a darker tone, being crafted out of the American Caribbean Cigars factory in Nicaragua.

The cigars arrive with some of the most regal packaging/presentation you'll find from Gurkha (which is saying a lot), boasting a Nicaraguan puro recipe and being rolled in two sizes for the debut launch. Said to include a wrapper with naturally sweet characteristics, expect the Gurkha Colección Especial Nicaragua to offer a medium-plus intensity, hitting notes of sweet earth, cedar, toasted nuts, and touches of cinnamon through the retrohale.
