All sales are final, if a package is lost, damaged or seized by customs, it is the customer’s sole responsibility. Order at your own risk.

Online International orders are charged a Flat Rate Fee depending on the country selected. First time customers may be required to verify identity and/or payment method. All international orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority with final delivery by regional courier. *Due to the national strike of the Canadian Postal Service, we are temporarily not shipping to Canada. We will continue to monitor the situation and resume shipping to Canada when possible.

It is important to note that all duties are the responsibility of the customer, and all sales are final. If a package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, it is the customer's responsibility. Orders are placed at the customer's own risk. Additionally, please allow at least 10-14 business days to process international orders. Boxes may be opened and checked for damage prior to shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with their country's local and federal tobacco laws and to pay any fees associated with their orders. International orders are limited to 80 cigars per order.

In the event that a package is returned, the customer is eligible for a refund, minus the shipping fee. If the customer wishes to have the package shipped again, they must pay for another shipping fee.

All first time International customers must complete a ONE TIME identity verification before the first order will be shipped. We use iDenfy, a world wide leader in e-commerce verification.
An email with a link will be sent within 24 hours of placing your first order and you will have 72 hours to complete the process. Should you fail to properly complete the verification in the allotted time, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.
