One of the most beloved cigars from La Palina's past has been completely revamped for the modern era, introducing the La Palina KB Series.
As La Palina is a revived brand from the 1800s, the company became known for its elegant look and classic smoking experiences when hitting the market in 2010. The El Diario line followed a year later, boasting a fuller body for the more demanding palate. Finally, in 2012, La Palina showcased the fan-favorite La Palina El Diario KB size (aka "Kill Bill"). This cigar was so strong in its testing phase that it knocked company owner, Bill Paley, down a peg or two... hence the Tarantino-inspired name.
But the Kill Bill cigar was not satisfied simply occupying another size in the El Diario lineup, and La Palina has now given it the full treatment, expanding the line to four sizes and reimagining the look and feel. In its new form, the La Palina KB cigar offers a similar tobacco recipe, including a Honduran Corojo wrapper, Honduran Criollo double binder, and Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo fillers. The cigar has also been expanded from two to four sizes (appropriately dubbed Part One, Part Two, Part Three, and Part Four), with the latter two incorporating higher-priming ligero leaves to allow for an equally punchy profile, despite their larger ring gauges. The cigars now offer edgier Asian-themed and blood-spattered boxes and bands, bringing the vibrant concept full circle!
The La Palina KB cigar is rolled for the die-hard cigar enthusiast, offering a full-bodied performance and highlight flavors of toasted cedar, freshly roasted coffee, cabinet spice, and smooth chocolate.

Michelle Pauser - La Palina KB Part Two - 5 Pack
This was an odd duck, not a bad smoke but...odd. Have you ever tasted BBQ potato chips from a cigar? No? Then try a La Palina KB ;) Seriously though, that was the predominant note I got out of it! Would I smoke one again? If it was gifted, yes, because it's an interesting smoke but not one I'd seek out on my own.

John Caro - La Palina KB Part One
Cool design and full flavors highlight this excellent smoke from La Palina. Chocolate, spice and wood give it a punchy draw and retrohale. If you're into full bodied cigars, get a KB.
