The Woody by Oscar

The offbeat duo of Oscar Valladares and Jim “Island Jim” Robinson has brought the cigar world more than their fair share of unique concepts - beginning with the original LEAF by Oscar cigars in 2014 - which replaced the traditional cellophane with tobacco for added flavor and protection. This was followed by the massive (8” x 66) Big Johnny and the bizarre Island Jim No. TWO - rolled to resemble a No. 2 pencil…

But this was just the beginning, Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Co. has showed no signs of slowing their off-the-wall concepts. Case in point: The Woody by Oscar - a 21” x 100 monster of a cigar! Now, while this bad boy isn’t exactly going for the world record (that belongs to Cuban native Jose Castelar Cueto - rolling a 295 foot cigar…), it’s certainly among the most ambitiously sized cigars you can actually smoke. You heard correctly, this 2ft-long woody is meant to be smoked - which has been reported to last around 4 hours!

The Woody by Oscar arrives in a custom-fitted, wooden coffin, containing a single cigar. The look is very similar to the original LEAF by Oscar, using a pressed agave band for a rustic/exotic appearance. The blend is 100% Honduran, hailing from Oscar Valladares’ own factory in Honduras. These behemoths are small batch in production, originally intended for Valladares events only - we are now pleased to bring Oscar's Woody to you! (try your best not to take that the wrong way…).
