In 1953, Rick Rodriguez’s grandparents—both master cigar rollers—left Havana, Cuba, to pursue opportunity in West Tampa, Florida, once the cigar capital of the U.S. Their dedication to craftsmanship laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generational legacy.
Raised in West Tampa, Rick grew up surrounded by cigar culture and the stories of old Havana. Inspired by his roots, he entered the cigar industry and trained under legendary master Benji Menendez. Decades later, Rick has earned his own place among the industry’s elite.
