| First heard about the site while watching a CO Live Show where Abe was the guest. Seemed like a real stand up guy, who stood behind his brand so I decided to take a look at the website. Ordered something I found that sounded interesting, and it arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and even included a hand written note, which was an excellent touch in today's world! | I am very pleased with the customer service this company provides and the products they deliver. When I received my most recent order it included a note apologizing for the extra time it took to get the order to my residence. It wasn't necessary or required for them to do this but they did it anyways. That action has cemented my already sturdy foundation of trust I have in this company. | What a great company. I got a timely notification that the cigars I wanted were in stock and called to place an order. Not only was the order filled but I got a 20% discount due to a little problem I had while trying to order on-line.
I talked to, I believe, Izy, who was extremely apologetic, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The cigars arrived in perfect shape and were shipped, probably, on the day I placed the order.
