Have been smoking what I thought was a quality cigar for almost two years but have been frustrated lately by the inconsistency of construction. Was keeping a stick on my side table to unplug the duds. Nothing worse than sitting down to enjoy my evening cigar and have to suck on it like, well, you know.
Went to the Pompano store and Steve turned me onto the 601 Oscuro Trabuco. Tried one yesterday. WOW! Perfect taste, perfect draw. Went back today to buy a box. Nothing beats the one-on-one personal knowledge of someone like Steve. You've got a customer for life.

This is the least I can do for such excellent customer service. The wrong order was shipped my way, they immediately contacted me by email and let me know what happened and that my actual order would be following right behind the first...oh and keep the cigars we sent you. Now I wasn't expecting much given they said to keep it, well I got far more than I bargained for, a whole lot more. And was still given a complimentary item along with a personalized note on the matter with my original shipment. I can not say I have experienced even anything remotely close with the customer service given by other online cigar retailers. Thank You Smoke Inn. The sticks are the same everywhere but you guys set yourself apart.

I signed up to get notified when LP Pigs were back in stock. I've been trying to get my hands on some for like a year!!. I actually received a notice and had time to order them. They came in today with a hand written note from Brandon, the store manager with an extra goody too! I NEVER ever ever fill out testimonials but I had to share the experience because it was so positive. Thank you so much!

What great customer service. I ordered a box of cigars online and received them very quickly. I was also surprised to find a hand written "thank you" letter with my order. I have been purchasing cigars online for many years (Due to my lack of time) and never received a thank you letter. You clearly deserve all my business and you will be getting it. I plan on stopping in to have a smoke as soon as I get some free time.
